Guide To Using Our Catalog
SeaCross™/Pro : These pistons are OEM replacements. They are cast pistons just like OEM. Also use OEM installation and break in procedures. Includes piston, rings, wrist pin, and clips.
Wiseco™ : Wiseco pistons are forged pistons, which are stronger than the cast pistons.
Includes: Piston, rings, wrist pin, clips.
Bearings: Wrist pin bearings and Connecting rod bearing are available for most applications.
- Locate your Model, check the year and horsepower.
- Determine which size piston you need standard or oversize, check bore sizes (sizes are provided)
- Do you need a Port or Starboard piston?
How to read part numbers:
Example Seacross/Pro piston:
2500P – 2500 is the piston #, the “P” is for Port. An “S” stands for Starboard.
2515P – Is the same piston series, but the “15” means .015” oversize. See the bore size.
Example Wiseco piston:
3137PS – 3137 is the piston series. “P” is for port, “S” would be starboard.
The “S” is for standard. If 3137P15 is 3137 series, port, .015 over size.
